Withdrawal & Dismissal Policy
1. Application for Leaving Certificate is to be made on the prescribed form appended at the end of this diary.
2. No Leaving Certificate will be issued unless applied for by the parents in writing at least a month in advance.
3. All outstanding fees and other charges are to be settled during the withdrawal notice period.
4. Students can be dismissed by the school authorities on any of the following grounds:
a). Constant weakness in studies
b). Irregularity in attendance
c). Behavior problem
d). Moral breach considered serious by the school authorities
e). Non-payment of fees or chronic irregularity in payment.
5. As a rule, students who are dismissed from the school are not readmitted.
6. Leaving Certificate will not be issued until all the Library books and school belongings are returned.
7. Leaving Certificate will not be issued until all the fees are paid in full i.e. up to the month of May of the school year.
8. Fees will be due as long as no notice of withdrawal is given.
9. A pupil dropping from the school after August 31st must pay tuition fees till May of that school year.
10. A child who uses unfair means or receives or gives assistance in any form during tests I examinations will be given zero in the subject and a repetition of the same indisciplinary act will result in dismissal.
11. The Principal’ s decision is final in all cases of dismissal or withdrawal.
